Our Sales Consultants

They may have “sales” in their title, but you are not just a transaction to them. Their biggest concern is your water control issues and how to solve it for you. It’s why they are meticulous in inspecting your house for water damage. That is why they take the time to provide a comprehensive rain gutter proposal based on your particular needs and preferences. Our sales team goal is to solve your problems the first time to protect your investments.

It’s this consultative philosophy around service and quality that has endeared our sales team. You will not find a more knowledgeable and experienced staff than ours.

Installation/Service Team

As discussed in Gutters 101, installing rain gutters is a science and takes years of experience to do it right. It’s why our service team is comprised of only full-time, fully-insured employees (not sub-contractors) and why we have a Master Installer Program.

Our experienced gutter installation crews will ensure that your gutters are installed correctly and to your satisfaction, and they will take great care to protect your landscaping and leave a clean, clutter-free work area. We can also help you conserve with custom installation of a water collection system.

Customer Support Team

From the first contact with Austin Gutterman, you’ll see the difference in quality and attention to detail. Our friendly office staff is here to answer any questions and assist in scheduling a no-cost, no-obligation proposal by one of our knowledgeable sales consultants. We’re also here to make certain that your installation meets 100% satisfaction and to ensure that you maintain your gutters for maximum protection of your house and property. We hope you never need it, but we do offer gutter repair for our customers if the need arises.

History

I’m Bobby Frazier, owner of Austin Gutterman. My rain gutter journey began 30+ years ago at a Houston-based gutter company. When they decided to expand the business to Austin, I helped establish the new location. Eventually, my family and I had the opportunity to purchase the Austin branch and that is when Austin Gutterman was born.

One thing we identified was the lack of professional, trustworthy exterior home improvement companies in Austin. These types of companies left homeowners with poor quality, incomplete or incorrect work causing them to spend more money to fix it.  Therefore, from the very beginning we wanted Austin Gutterman to be the company to change that!

We started by establishing our mission and vision statement to get us on the right path.  Many years were spent perfecting training, installation processes and establishing relationships with the top vendors.  During that time we never lost sight of our objective, no matter the cost.  We built and maintain the reputation that our industry often refers to as “The Gutterman Way”. What that means is we do things to the highest standards and we don’t cut corners to save us money at our customer’s expense.

After 30 years in business we are still family-owned and have grown to include over 25 employees, all focused on providing you with the highest quality installation, unparalleled service and unbeatable warranties. We would love to show you what sets us apart from all other gutter companies!
